Vision-Based Foam Volume Measurement & PLC Control
Real-time foam-region segmentation and vision-based volumetric measurement feeding the PLC.
- Foam-region segmentation, contour extraction and edge detection separate foam from liquid, chamber surfaces and internal hardware
- Calibrated chamber geometry and detected foam boundary estimate foam volume in cm³
- Foam volume sent to the PLC as a process variable for control logic, alarms and high-foam interlocks
