Questions

What mechanical engineering services do you provide?

We provide mechanical design and 3D CAD in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor for industrial machinery, including weldments, sheet-metal parts, custom tooling, fabrication and machining drawings, and structured Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Do you provide PLC and HMI programming?

Yes. We develop PLC logic and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications on Siemens (TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000, CompactLogix, ControlLogix) and Omron Sysmac platforms, including motion control, industrial networking, and commissioning.

Can you modify or upgrade existing industrial machinery?

Yes. We support retrofits, capacity upgrades, drawing revisions, and control-system modifications for existing equipment, including as-built documentation.

Do you provide electrical design and control panel schematics?

Yes. We produce electrical schematics and control panel designs for new machine builds and retrofits, documented for fabrication and field wiring.

Do you offer Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) support?

For work that legally requires it, we can provide appropriately qualified P.Eng. involvement, including design reviews, professional oversight, and supervision by an engineering registrant.

We are based in Delta, BC and serve Metro Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and British Columbia, with remote contract engineering available across Canada.
